A taste of the itinerary.

Day 1

Arrive in Bali, transfer to Ubud

Denpasar arrival. Private driver ninety minutes north into the Ayung valley. Capella Ubud check-in. First dinner at the property's main restaurant to settle in — save Mads Reflections for night three. Sleep in the canopy.

Day 2

Ubud, slowly

Jungle breakfast on the deck (order it the night before). Morning at the Tegallalang rice terraces — go at 8am to beat the crowd. Campuhan Ridge Walk in the afternoon. Dinner back at Capella. The rhythm establishes on day two.

Day 3

Ayung river rafting & Mads Reflections

Pickup from the property for a two-hour rafting float. Back for lunch and a long afternoon. Mads tasting menu dinner — book it at reservation, not on arrival.

Day 8

Transfer to the south coast

Driver picks up mid-morning. A lunch stop at a specific rice-terrace restaurant on the route. Check into the coast property by late afternoon for the first ocean sunset of the trip.

Days 3–14 are in the full plan — launching soon.

Why this exists

Planning on your own vs. having a plan.

Without the Guide

  • 30+ hours researching across two regions
  • No clear answer on Ubud vs. coast split
  • Generic hotel lists missing the actual differentiators
  • Uluwatu Kecak timing gets missed
  • Nusa Penida day trip becomes a regret
  • The anxiety of “are we doing too much or too little?”

With the Guide

  • A live guide plus one map. Both regions in one plan, always current.
  • Exact night split, transfer day pre-planned
  • Property recommendations with specific room categories
  • Mads Reflections booked, Kecak timed for the sunset
  • Nusa Penida reframed as a two-night side trip, not a day trip
  • The confidence of a honeymoon that flows day to day

Why two weeks, not one

“Bali is the rare honeymoon where one week costs you the second region. The jungle and the coast are different countries inside the same island — this guide is built around having both.”

Questions

Before you buy.

What format is the guide?

A beautifully designed web guide that lives in your account (reads great on phone, tablet, or laptop) plus a Google Maps link with every pin color-coded by category — restaurants, hotels, temples, beach clubs, rice terraces, photo spots. The map works offline once you save it. Downloadable snapshot available from inside the guide if you want an offline copy.

Why two weeks instead of ten days?

Ten days forces you to pick either Ubud or the coast. Two weeks gives you both regions at honeymoon pace — the jungle leg actually lands emotionally before you switch to the ocean. Couples who split seven and seven consistently report it was the right call.

How is this different from the free Bali destination page?

Our free destination guide is the overview — when to go, general hotel picks, budget ranges. This guide is the execution layer: hour-by-hour itinerary across fourteen days, exact reservation links, specific room categories, photo timing, packing list, and every pin on a map.

When was this last updated?

April 2026. We verify property availability, restaurant hours, and excursion operators every season. If something changes after you buy, we'll email you the updated version free.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If the guide doesn't meet your expectations, email us within 7 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Do I still need a travel advisor if I buy this?

The guide gives you everything you need to book independently. If you'd rather have someone handle the two-region logistics, property bookings, and inter-region transfer, that's what we do. Many couples start with the plan and then decide they want the full service.
